Common issues

Client connection
My client sees "Google hasn't verified this app"
This is normal while Signal's Google OAuth app is in testing mode. Tell your client to click "Continue" — it's safe to proceed. This warning disappears once Signal completes Google's verification process, which is underway.
Client connection
My client gets "Access blocked" and can't connect
The client's Google account may not be on Signal's test user list. Email admin@signalppc.com with their Gmail address and we'll add them within a few hours.
Audit delivery
The audit hasn't arrived after 10 minutes
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, the connection may have failed partway through. Send your client a fresh link from the Auditor Console and have them try again — auth codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes.
Account
I've lost my Agency ID or branded link
Visit the Auditor Console — enter your Agency ID and business name to regenerate your link. If you've lost your Agency ID, email us with the email address you signed up with.
Billing
I need to cancel or change my plan
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Check your welcome email for a billing portal link, or email admin@signalppc.com and we'll sort it out directly.
