When you authorize Signal via Google OAuth, we access your Google Ads account in read-only mode. The data we retrieve includes:
Signal accesses only the Google Ads data necessary to generate your audit report. We do not access any other Google services, your Gmail, Google Analytics, or any data outside of Google Ads.
Signal's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Signal does not use Google user data for advertising purposes, does not sell Google user data, and only uses data to provide the audit service requested by the user. We may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data is used solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Each third party is only provided with data necessary for their specific function. We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Audit reports and associated account data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill our business obligations. Google Ads data retrieved during audit generation is not stored indefinitely — it is used to produce the report and is not retained in raw form after the report is delivered.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@signalppc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You can revoke Signal's access to your Google Ads account at any time through your Google account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will not affect any audit reports already generated.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and access controls limiting who can view audit records.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take data protection seriously and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@signalppc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Signal uses minimal cookies required for the functioning of the Service (such as session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users directly.
Signal accesses Google Ads campaign data, keyword performance data, and search term reports via read-only OAuth authorization granted by the user. No other Google account data is accessed.
This data is used solely to generate a one-time audit report for the authenticated user. Google user data is never used for advertising, profiling, remarketing, or any purpose beyond delivering the requested audit report to the user.
Google Ads data is transmitted to OpenAI solely to generate the written analysis within the audit report. It is not sold, shared with data brokers, shared with advertisers, or transferred to any other third party for any purpose.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Signal does not store raw Google Ads data beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver the report.
Audit report data is retained for 90 days to allow continued report access. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing admin@signalppc.com. Upon request, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
The use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data accessed via OAuth is used solely to provide audit reports to the authenticated user and is never used for advertising purposes, sold to third parties, or used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine learning models.
